Opportunity
As a Sales Engineer at Hiver, you will play a critical role in driving new business by helping prospects understand how Hiver transforms customer support inside email. You will partner closely with Account Executives to lead the technical side of the sales cycle—from discovery to close—acting as a trusted advisor to prospects.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll combine product expertise, business acumen, and storytelling to demonstrate value, solve real support challenges, and accelerate deal velocity.
Please note: This role operates in US (PST) time zone — 7 PM to 4 AM IST.
