Role Description
The Manpower Agency Partner will manage relationships with third-party agencies to meet the staffing requirements of Metro Brands Limited in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining updated reporting on staffing metrics, and resolving any escalations. The role involves vendor evaluation and onboarding, maintaining contracts, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment with recruitment goals. This is a full-time on-site position, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment, vendor management, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in contract management and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Analytical skills for evaluating staffing needs and monitoring performance metrics
- Effective communication, relationship building, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in working with manpower agencies or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the retail or footwear industry is an added advantage
