Role Description

• You will be part of PB India Centre Chief of staff function supporting a variety of administrative tasks and day-to-day business support.
• This role will require hands-on admin support to onshore Managing Directors (MDs) and Relationship Managers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Concur – Handle expense claims, submissions and follow ups as required
• High level Co-ordination and collation of data and logistics for Marketing events
• Collaborate and organize festive gifts with various vendors
• Facilitate orderly & timely onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Submit invoices on DB Buyer, raise Purchase Orders and follow up for payments
• Preparation of Monthly reports in co-ordination with various Stakeholders
• Updation / Creation of Org Charts
• Adhoc tasks – Support Project requirements, logistics, communications etc

Your Skills And Experience

• Previous 3 – 5 year experience in Business administrative assistant
• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level (Business Administration) or equivalent qualification/work
• A self-starter with strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and reports
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent spreadsheet skills (MIS reports)
• Knowledge of the banking and financial sectors
