🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring for Sales, Business Development, and other non-tech roles, with a strong focus on quick closures and quality profiles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → closure)
• Work on Sales / SaaS / IT services roles
• Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen candidates for role fit, communication, and intent
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and immediate joiners
• Ensure quick turnaround time on open positions

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in non-tech / sales hiring
• Understanding of B2B sales roles (SaaS / IT services preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills on Naukri & LinkedIn
• Ability to screen candidates effectively (not just share CVs)
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work on multiple roles with tight deadlines

⚡ Good to Have

• Experience in a recruitment consultancy
• Exposure to fast closures / bulk hiring
• Understanding of market intelligence (salary, notice period, availability)
