Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Noida for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist in various human resources functions, including creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, supporting recruitment processes, and managing personnel records. The candidate will also engage in day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and gaining exposure to operational human resources functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management processes
• Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management functions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
