Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Visa Executive. The Visa Executive will be responsible for reviewing and verifying visa applications, assisting applicants with documentation requirements, and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations and guidelines. The role involves providing timely and accurate information to applicants, maintaining records, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient processing of visa requests. Delivering excellent customer service is a key part of this role.

Experience: 0-2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with visa application processes and Handle end-to-end visa application processes.
- Review and verify documents as per Embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions.
- Stay updated with changing visa rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in relevant tools or software for documentation and workflow management
- Customer service skills and the ability to provide professional assistance
- Previous experience in visa or travel-related industries is a plus
- Able to prepare the daily report and share this with finance team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
