Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Colaba, Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and maintain records of recruitment processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
- Experience in Job Description Development and Candidate Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Recruitment Strategies, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
