Title – Delivery Lead – Inventory Management – Manager /Senior Manager – Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Own service delivery across Inventory Management processes (goods receipt, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, exception handling) ensuring process adherence and control effectiveness.
• Drive SLA performance through daily operational governance (queue health, WIP control, ageing management, backlog burn-down) and structured escalation management.
• Lead team planning: staffing, shift rosters, coverage, workload balancing, and cross-skilling across L1/L2 activities.
• Partner with stakeholders (warehouse/3PL, planners, field operations, procurement, finance, project teams) to resolve supply chain constraints and improve inventory availability.
• Own quality governance: audit outcomes, error reduction plans, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and compliance to SOPs.
• Oversee master data and transactional accuracy controls; ensure timely system updates and documentation for all inventory movements.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives (process simplification, automation/AI opportunities, reporting enhancements) and track benefits post-implementation.
