Sr. Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager – General Trade

Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets across brands and SKUs
✔ Plan, execute, and track effectiveness of trade schemes
✔ Manage distributor forecasting, stock levels, and supply chain
✔ Expand distribution network and improve outlet coverage
✔ Ensure timely claims settlement and cost optimization
✔ Track competition trends and drive growth strategies
✔ Lead sales team, conduct monthly reviews, and improve productivity
✔ Strengthen digital adoption (DMS/SFA) and reporting systems
✔ Support BTL activations and new product launches
Experience:
✔ 8–12 years in FMCG General Trade Sales
✔ Proven experience in scaling business and managing teams
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
