Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Campaign Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. Duties include end-to-end management of campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns. The role also involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s brand and strategic objectives.

What you’ll do:

* Run & optimize campaigns (Meta + Google)

* Scale winning ads & improve underperforming ones

* Work on lead forms, WhatsApp & landing pages

* Track performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
