We are a Mumbai-based clean-label food brand, OnReal Foods, building honest, high-quality, plant-based products with a focus on transparency.

We’re looking for someone who can contribute across content creation and on-ground sales, helping us grow both our brand presence and distribution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, selling, and building from scratch.

Role Description

Content & Social Media:

• Plan and create engaging content (reels, posts, stories)

• Shoot and edit short-form videos around the product

• Manage Instagram and maintain posting consistency

• Identify trends and execute content ideas aligned with the brand

Sales & Growth:

• Reach out to and onboard retailers, cafes, and distributors

• Build relationships and drive repeat orders

• Execute on-ground sales strategies in your city

• Identify new opportunities for brand expansion

• Support activations, sampling, and brand visibility

Qualifications

• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling abilities
• Experience in content strategy, social media management, and digital marketing
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation and building client relationships
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and evaluating sales trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
