Research Assistant – Remote Full Time

OutSure is an outsourcing company providing dedicated virtual assistants and backend support to insurance agencies in the USA. We help our clients streamline operations through accurate data, structured processes, and reliable research support.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Research Associate who can dive deep into the internet, extract meaningful information, and turn it into clean, structured data.

This is not a recruitment role. Your focus will be on research, data discovery, and accuracy, supporting insurance-related operations and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed online research on individuals, businesses, and industry data
• Collect and organize information related to insurance leads, prospects, and companies
• Validate and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
• Build structured databases and maintain data quality
• Perform market and competitor research within the insurance industry
• Use search techniques, tools, and AI platforms to uncover hard-to-find information
• Support internal teams with reliable research outputs for decision-making
