Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Performance Marketing Executive specializing in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sector within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning and research, devising and executing marketing strategies, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to drive results. The role focuses on leveraging marketing channels to achieve business goals and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
• Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies, specifically for the D2C and FMCG sectors
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the wellness and fitness sector is a plus
