Account Executive Full Time NEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders with accurate margins and pricing for luxury products.
• Prepare invoices, issue credit/debit notes, and manage sales returns.
• Update customer payments, GRN records, and expense bills in the system.
• Track due bill payments, rebates, discount pricing, and ensure timely release.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, claims, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts, ideally in luxury retail or sales accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Busy software and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GST compliance and reconciliation processes.
