About the Role

You’ll work directly with Wiingy’s VP of Growth to design and build AI-powered marketing tools using Claude Code. The job is simple: take manual, growth-critical workflows and turn them into fast, scalable systems – vibe coding your way from problem to working tool.

This is not a fixed-deliverable internship. Projects are defined as you go, based on where the highest-leverage opportunities are. Past examples include programmatic PR systems, reactivation campaigns, lead magnet tools, CRO experiments, and category GTM automation.

The role is defined by the skill (vibe coding with Claude Code) and the context (growth and marketing) — not a checklist.

What You’ll Do

• Identify manual growth workflows and build AI tools to replace them
• Use Claude Code and LLMs to prototype, iterate, and ship end-to-end
• Own projects independently – spec, build, test, deploy
• Work across growth channels: SEO, email, outreach, content, CRO
• Move fast – working tools matter more than perfect plans

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled at or a graduate of a Tier 1 college (IITs, BITS, NITs, IISc)
• Can write Python or JavaScript fluently — you ship code, not just read it
• Has real, hands-on experience with Claude Code or LLM tooling — agentic workflows, not just API calls
• Genuinely curious about marketing, growth loops, and how users convert
• Comfortable with ambiguity — you define the spec, you don’t wait for one

Preferred Skills

• Claude Code – building and running agentic AI workflows
• n8n – designing and automating multi-step workflows without boilerplate
• Cursor – AI-assisted coding and rapid iteration
• Lovable – shipping full-stack apps and tools fast from prompts

Familiarity with any of these is a strong signal. Experience with all four is rare — and exactly what we’re looking for.

What “Vibe Coding” Means to Us

We use this term deliberately. It means: prompt to prototype in hours, ship before it’s perfect, build over plan, iterate in the open, and move at tool-augmented speed. If you’ve built something real with Claude Code and can show it, we want to talk.
