Key Responsibilities and work split Performance Marketing & Advertising: 60% of work
● Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta- FB, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google platforms like YouTube, and other digital platforms. Well versed with setting up and running all different kinds of ads to promote content across the full funnel and drive conversions at optimized costs.
● Manage Marketplace advertising and client budgets across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms- Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, Flipkart to drive brand growth.
● Manage hyper-local ad spend based on real-time inventory and peak delivery hours to maximize conversions and repeat purchases
Data Analytics & Insights: 25% of work
● Build dashboards using AI tools like Claude, GPT, and Gemini and or Power BI and Advanced Excel
● Leverage AI tools to set-up a set of standardized “Ad-Hoc” analysis frameworks to help diagnose on-going performance & engagement in eCommerce platforms & social media platforms e.g. competitor performance analysis on ecommerce / content diagnosis on high engagement vs low engagement content etc.
● Utilize AI-driven analysis of consumer patterns and A/B testing to refine landing page funnels and lower acquisition costs through actionable insights.
Social & Digital Content Management 15% of work
● Manage social media accounts for brands – use data to build strategic narratives, presenting weekly and monthly performance insights to clients.
Execution & Collaboration
● Operates as an individual contributor this is a ‘hands on’ role, working with other Digital marketing and e-commerce team members and former MNC CXOs.
● Manage multiple brand accounts with agility, ensuring high-level campaign hygiene and data accuracy across all simultaneous projects.
● Supporting senior members in the team in preparing presentations and client pitches
Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client interactions independently
● 5-7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and managing advertising on Meta, Google, and Marketplaces (Amazon, Zepto, Big Basket, Instamart, Flipkart) specifically within the E-commerce/Q-commerce landscape.
● The Stack: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and advanced Data Visualization (Excel/Tableau/PowerBI) and adept at using AI tools like Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
● Location: Based in Gurgaon.
● Mindset: High ownership, learning agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced “Consulting + Execution” environment.
