Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Manage 2 client accounts
- Handle a combined monthly ad budget of ₹2–2.5 Lakhs
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions with measurable ROI
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign planning, setup, optimization, and scaling across Google & Meta
- Perform A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Deliver bi-weekly performance reports
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine marketing strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of performance management and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Awareness of current digital marketing trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (Google/Meta) are a plus
Availability
- Must be available for daytime meetings (as required)
- Strong responsiveness and accountability are expected
