Ads Manager Full Time NEW

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Your focus will be to drive high ROI, increase conversions, and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, keyword research, and ad creative analysis
• Collaborate with the design/content team to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
• Manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing paid ads, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful ROI-driven campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, GTM, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Google Ads & Meta Certifications are a plus
