Senior Executive – Visual Merchandiser Full Time

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented VM Designer who will own the end-to-end design and execution support for GTM launches, seasonal VM campaigns, and store planograms. The role will act as a central creative backbone for all stores, supporting RVMs with timely, impactful, and consistent VM assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Campaign Execution
• Design all GTM and seasonal creatives for VM campaigns across stores.
• Create campaign creatives, in-store collaterals, offer creatives, and communication layouts.
• Develop campaign videos for offers, launches, and seasonal activities.
• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all VM outputs.
• RVM Creative Support
• Act as the central creative support for RVMs for all VM-related design needs.
• Share ready-to-use creatives, adaptations, and execution guidelines.
• Provide quick turnarounds for urgent store-level creative requirements.
• Planogram & Assortment Management
• Create and update planograms for:
• Skincare
• Haircare
• Makeup
• Other key categories
• Manage quarterly changeovers of planograms and creatives based on:
• Assortment changes
• New launches
• Performance and demand
• Content & CMS Management
• Manage and update all VM creatives on the CMS software.
• Ensure centralized content control for all stores.
• Maintain correct versioning, naming, and timely uploads of creatives.
• Documentation & VM Library
• Create and maintain a central VM library covering:
• Events
• Audits
• R&Ms
• Campaign executions
• Organize images, videos, and documents for easy access and reference.
• Reporting & Tracker Communication
• Compile and flash weekly trackers to RVMs covering:
• Store audits
• Campaign executions
• VM compliance status
• Support data visualization and structured reporting for VM reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred).
• Experience in retail VM design, planograms, and in-store communication.
• Basic understanding of CMS/content management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with field teams (RVMs/AVMs).
• Eye for detail, layout, and commercial retail aesthetics.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Retail VM / Brand Design / Store Communication.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG retail is a plus.
