JIET Gurukul Academy is a reputed educational institution committed to providing a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment for students. We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and caring **Girls Hostel Warden** to manage hostel operations and ensure student welfare.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day operations of the girls’ hostel.
* Ensure safety, security, discipline, and well-being of hostel residents.
* Maintain attendance and movement records of students.
* Handle student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
* Coordinate with school administration, parents, and staff regarding student matters.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel premises.
* Monitor food quality, housekeeping, and hostel facilities.
* Enforce hostel rules, schedules, and code of conduct.
* Organize hostel activities and create a positive living environment.
* Maintain reports, records, and inventory of hostel assets.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
*5–10 years of experience as Hostel Warden / Residential Supervisor preferred.
* Strong leadership, discipline management, and communication skills.
* Caring, patient, and approachable personality.
* Ability to handle emergencies and student-related issues effectively.
* Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.
