About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Strategist for a major US photography studio.
This role covers both strategy and execution, with a primary focus on website and social media. You will be responsible for identifying gaps, building a clear plan, and actively implementing improvements to drive better lead generation and conversions.
This is a hands-on role requiring independent thinking and minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing
Audit and optimize the website (UX, messaging, conversion flow)
Plan and execute social media strategy (content, positioning, consistency)
Identify gaps in lead generation and conversion journey
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Improve funnels from visitor → inquiry → booking
Use tools (including AI and CRM platforms like GHL) to support execution and insights
Continuously test, analyze, and refine performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong mix of strategy + execution experience
Proven work on websites and social media growth
Experience with service-based or local businesses preferred
Ability to take ownership and implement without constant direction
Familiarity with CRM / automation tools (GHL preferred)
Comfortable using AI tools for marketing workflows
Clear communicator—able to explain decisions and results
