Job Description – Inventory & Warehouse Executive
Work Location: Noida – Sector 57
Experience: 1+ years
Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday – Saturday
Job Summary
The Inventory Executive is responsible for end-to-end inventory management, including stock monitoring, inward and outward movements, handling, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role ensures optimal stock levels, minimizes losses, and supports smooth warehouse and supply chain operations through proper coordination and system updates.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions (inward, outward, transfers, adjustments)
· Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials/products as per business requirements
· Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical audits
Stock Inward & Outward
· Coordinate receipt of goods from vendors and verify purchase orders and invoices
· Ensure proper documentation and system entry for all inward stock
· Manage dispatches and ensure accurate picking, packing, and delivery coordination
Returns Management
· Handle returned inventory from customers, vendors, or internal teams
· Inspect and categorize returned items (resalable, damaged, repairable, scrap)
· Coordinate with quality and warehouse teams for appropriate action
System & Documentation
· Update and maintain inventory data in systems like Zoho Inventory/Zoho People (if applicable)
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
· Track discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Coordination & Process Improvement
· Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
· Identify gaps in inventory processes and suggest improvements
· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices
Compliance & Control
· Follow company policies for inventory control and safety standards
· Minimize inventory loss, damage, and pilferage
· Support internal and external audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
· 1+ years of experience in inventory/warehouse management
· Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong coordination and communication skills
· Analytical and problem-solving ability
· Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions
· Warehouse-based role
· May involve physical handling of goods
· Flexible working hours depending on operations
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
