Anamika Fashionwears & Exports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive the next phase of structured growth and operational excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and disciplined execution—requiring a leader who can build scalable systems, strengthen business performance, and bring operational clarity to a design-led, luxury-focused organization.

Role Overview

The COO will act as the operational backbone of the business, partnering closely with the Founder to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes. The mandate is to ensure that every function—from atelier to retail—operates with precision, efficiency, and consistency, while upholding the brand’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Business Leadership

• Partner with the Founder to drive business strategy, growth plans, and expansion initiatives
• Convert vision into actionable operating plans, with defined KPIs and timelines
• Build scalable structures to support long-term growth

End-to-End Operations Management

• Oversee operations across retail, production, merchandising, and supply chain
• Establish and refine SOPs, reporting systems, and performance frameworks
• Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between design, production, and sales

Retail Performance & Expansion

• Drive store performance, productivity, and customer experience standards
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, conversion, inventory turns, and profitability
• Lead operational execution of new store launches and market expansion

Supply Chain & Production Excellence

• Strengthen vendor management, sourcing strategies, and production planning
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency
• Balance craftsmanship with scalability and operational discipline

Financial Ownership & Performance Management

• Work closely with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization
• Drive data-led reviews to improve business performance

Leadership & Capability Building

• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence
• Strengthen leadership depth across mid and senior levels

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance frameworks
• Implement risk management and process control systems

Candidate Profile

• 12–20+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably within fashion, retail, or consumer-driven businesses
• Strong expertise in retail operations, supply chain, and production ecosystems
• Proven track record of scaling operations and managing multi-location businesses
• Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibility
• A leader who combines structured thinking with hands-on execution
• MBA or equivalent preferred
