Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Partnership Development
Map and identify high-potential partners across housing societies, schools, corporates, hospitals, hotels, and institutions
Drive outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits to pitch ReCircle’s textile
recovery programmes
Conversion & Relationship Management
Own end-to-end conversion of leads into confirmed collection partners
Build relationships with key decision-makers, RWAs, admin heads, CSR teams
Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain a structured outreach tracker across leads, meetings, and conversions
Who This Role Is For
Someone comfortable with fieldwork, meetings, and direct stakeholder engagement
A confident communicator who can pitch, persuade, and follow through
Highly organised, available on-site 6 days a week, and driven by on-ground impact
