Field Network Engineer Full Time NEW

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure proper material tracking and reconciliation management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure all sites remain fully operational.
• Supervise Radio Frequency (RF) optimisation-related activities.
• Manage deployment activities carried out by vendors and contractors.
• Configure L2 switches to connect access points (APs) and enhance network performance.
• Troubleshoot router faults and replace faulty network devices as required.
• Perform link capacity upgrades for sites to meet network demands.
• Execute field activities as per work orders issued by the Network Operations Team.
• Conduct customer meetings and field surveys; provide feedback on network coverage and capacity improvements.
• Release the FTTH (Fibre-to-the-Home) desktop plan and carry out joint field surveys to verify routes, equipment, and structures.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of access points (APs).
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical network equipment.
• Install and configure access points (APs) and routers as per requirements.
• Handle and resolve on-site troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
