THE ROLE
Position: Executive Assistant to the Founder
Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Reporting to: Viraj Singh Malik, Founder
This is not a schedule meetings and take notes job. This is: manage the entire back-end of a growing brand, ensure clients get world-class delivery, communicate on behalf of the founder, and keep everything running while we scale.
This is a high-trust role. You’ll have direct access to the founder, internal communications, client relationships, and business operations.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Client onboarding, journey management and communication
Invoicing, documentation and back-office operations
Coordination with delivery partners and internal teams
Founder’s task management, follow-ups and calendar
Content coordination (scheduling, captions, ops)
Systems building: SOPs, trackers, processes
Ad-hoc execution — if it needs doing, you get it done

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Notion / Google Workspace / Canva / WhatsApp Business
Strong written communication in English and Hindi
Basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Invoicing and admin basics
Ability to learn any tool within 48 hours
THE GROWTH PATH
In 6 months, you could be running ops for the entire ecosystem.
In 12 months, you could be Head of Operations.
This is a career, not a job.
COMPENSATION
Fixed base: Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000/month (based on experience)
Quarterly performance bonus: Up to Rs.20,000 on hitting KPIs
Growth revision: Formal review at 3 months and 6 months
Long-term: Revenue-linked role upgrades as the business scales
