We are hiring a Field Marketing Intern to drive on-ground expansion of our leadership programs, delivered by international corporate trainers, to schools and educational institutions across Kerala.

This is not a desk job. You will be out in the field every day, visiting schools and colleges, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, and closing real partnership deals.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Travel daily to schools and colleges across your assigned districts in Kerala.
• Present Aeloria Academy’s leadership programs to principals, coordinators, and school/college management in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional decision-makers on the ground.
• Work towards closing partnership deals and converting institutions into program partners.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, calls, and institutional visits.
• Coordinate with the team to track outreach performance and maintain lead databases.
• Support digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and inbound inquiries.
