Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee community development projects in alignment with the organization’s mission.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
• Efficient planning and execution of activities require traveling and coordinating within designated clusters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sector, Rural Development, etc.)
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a compulsory bike, valid license, and RTO documents, as there will be extensive traveling.
• Laptop required for project management and reporting tasks.
• Prior experience working with NGOs or community development initiatives.
• Familiarity with local community dynamics and needs.
• Experience in partnership building and stakeholder engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
