Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Accounts (Client Handling)/EA to RM, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs, and maintaining CRM records accurately. The individual will also support the Regional Manager (RM) in administrative tasks, report generation, and client communication.
Qualifications
Client Handling and Account Management skills
Experience in CRM systems and record-keeping
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree.
