Your Role

As a Executive at StayVista you will elevate our design projects through your expertise in decor mood boards and shoot styling. You will ensure setups and grading meet our brand’s high standards while coordinating procurement to source materials and decor items. Additionally, you will assist with full-scope design projects that bring innovative concepts to life. Your creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will be key in delivering captivating results that enhance our brand identity.

About You

• Develop mood boards for interior design and décor concepts across StayVista properties
• Pitch design upgrades and convince homeowners to invest in enhancements
• Execute end-to-end interior design, build, and renovation projects
• Source décor elements and standardize vendor partnerships within the region
• Lead interior styling for property setups and photoshoots
• Travel to project sites for client pitches, photoshoots, and property setups
• Manage data, procurement processes, and supervise related activities
• Strong aesthetic sense with knowledge of styling trends and décor brands
• Experience as an interior stylist preferred
• Passion for styling and designing residential spaces
• Client management and interior project management experience
• Ability to work under dynamic workloads and tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• AutoCAD / SketchUp, V-Ray / Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office & Google Suite, Canva
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Interior Styling / Architecture
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
