About the Role
We are hiring a General Manager to lead and scale business operations across multiple studio locations. This is a senior leadership role with direct visibility to the founder and full ownership of business performance.
You will act as the central decision-maker, aligning Sales, Operations, and HR, while directly driving marketing, corporate sales, and revenue growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Lead overall business performance across studios
Drive marketing strategy & brand growth (digital + offline)
Build and close corporate partnerships & B2B sales
Plan and execute events, workshops & community initiatives
Oversee sales, operations & HR teams
Ensure exceptional customer experience & trainer performance
Track KPIs, revenue, and growth metrics
Who We’re Looking For
5+ years in General Management / Business Leadership roles
Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development
Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service industries preferred
Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and drive revenue
Highly data-driven, structured, and execution-focused
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership presence
