Dy Manager – Operations Full Time

This position is responsible to ensure smooth Receiving and Put away operations, overseeing inventory, and achieving 100% stock maintenance and traceability and securing warehouse as well as supervising the floor and labor activities.

• Offloading vehicle in time as per FIFO and as per priority of vehicle and material
• Monitoring and ensuring that Put Away is done in a timely manner and no backlogs were kept at the end of each shift and Monitoring & ensuring that Put Away Team does accurate put away in right locations.
• Conduct random Put Away Audit and maintaining records of audit findings in a systematic way and Root cause analysis and CAPA for Put Away errors at the end of each shift.
• Ensuring “one SKU /Batch – One Location” all the time.
• Ensures there is no damaged pallets, broken pallets are in the Locations, there is no near miss or unsafe condition in the locations due to improper put away of material.
• Initiates Weekly /Monthly Cycle counts /Wall to Wall counts and Maintains Inventory Accuracy at Site.
• Reviews daily briefing and the action points, target and ensures the action points are closed within the time frame
• Coordinates with office team for material picking, dispatching, Shipping and Customer Support teams on daily basis for matters escalated by them and promptly resolves issues as well as for different systems implementation & support required.
• Reviews regular reports provided by line staff, verifies data sent to Customer by Floor Supervisor, Team Leaders, DEO and other line staff. Compiles such data or report as per requirement of line managers and sends on time.
• He is responsible to ensure day to day activities such as daily cycle count, touch bin, damage counting, empty bin, manual cycle count, re-packing, stock margin, & physical verify of expiry material process are inline with SOP.
• He is responsible for managing all warehouse damage, expiry, non dispatchable stock kept at damage area only in lock & key system.
• He is responsible for handling of non conformance related to stock counting mismatches product, MRP, expiry, batch etc.
• Responsible for documents record kept in proper place and also responsible for Good documents practices and basic “5S”& preventive actions.
• Monitor & Ensure Operations/ Equipment/Infrastructure/Safety related Procedures are followed as per the SOP Such as Inbound , Outbound , Inventory Management (IRA) , Embellishment process etc.
• Monitor & Follow up on Schedules , Timelines , Closure status ‘s as per the assigned responsibility in Resp. CAPA from Internal & External Audits .
• Monitor & Ensure the Risks involved in day-to-day operations – updation of New risks in risk register and taking necessary actions to mitigate the risk .
• Monitor Good documentation / Data Integrity related practices and escalate on time to senior management on violations
