Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Shine Logistics. The Freight Broker will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by managing transportation needs, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, scheduling shipments, coordinating with dispatchers, managing accounts, and resolving logistics-related issues. The role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage activities
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
• Experience in Dispatching and coordinating shipments
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and time management abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics software is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
