Position Title: Lead, Events & Marketing

Reports To: Chief of Staff – Marketing & Assistant Director – Events & Programming
Position Overview
The Lead – Events & Marketing is responsible for shaping and delivering a distinctive, high-quality events and brand experience at The Quorum. This role goes beyond execution, with ownership of programming strategy, brand storytelling, and team leadership.
You will drive a calendar that is culturally relevant, commercially viable, and aligned with the club’s
positioning. The role requires a strong blend of creative instinct, operational rigour, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Programming Strategy & Event Execution
• Own the end-to-end events calendar, including conceptualisation, curation, and execution across
formats (talks, cultural programming, screenings, social events, and large-format experiences).
• Develop a clear programming strategy aligned with member interests, brand positioning, and
revenue opportunities.
• Oversee production, logistics, and on-ground execution to ensure consistently high-quality
experiences.
• Drive collaborations with artists, creators, brands, and cultural partners to build differentiated
programming.
• Ensure seamless guest experience through structured RSVP management, guest handling, and
event-day coordination.
Marketing & Brand Ownership
• Act as the on-ground brand custodian, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and experience
across all touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and lead marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Work closely with central marketing to translate programming into strong content and visibility.
• Oversee content capture (photo/video) and ensure timely, high-quality output for digital and
social platforms.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cultural and lifestyle trends to keep the brand relevant and
forward-looking.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor the Events and Marketing teams, setting clear expectations, timelines, and
accountability.
• Drive structured planning processes, including weekly reviews, event briefs, and post-event
debriefs.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, artists, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and guest interactions with maturity and strong service orientation.
Budgeting & Commercial Impact
• Own event and marketing budgets, with accountability for planning, tracking, and optimisation.
• Identify revenue opportunities through ticketed events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Balance cost efficiency with experience quality.
• Share structured reports and insights with leadership on performance, engagement, and ROI.
Member Experience & Community Building
• Continuously gather and interpret member feedback to refine programming.
• Introduce new formats, experiences, and collaborations that enhance member engagement.
• Build a strong sense of community through consistent, high-quality experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in events, cultural programming, or lifestyle marketing, preferably within
hospitality, media, or creative industries.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale, high-touch events.
• Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets and driving revenue-linked
initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Notion, and relevant event/marketing tools.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of Hyderabad’s art, culture, food, and social landscape.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on event schedules.

• High member engagement and positive feedback scores
• Consistent brand quality and engagement across event-led marketing content
