Quality Assurance Intern Full Time NEW

Job Summary –

We are looking for a QA Intern for our Engineering Team who possesses a strong drive for quality of the products at Cropin. The candidate will be working closely with the Engineering Team and should be able to understand and analyze the requirements from the Product Team, designing the Test Scenarios, Execute and making the product stable by uncovering the issues.

Principal Accountability –

• Work with QA Manager to define the tasks of the sprint/releases.
• Understand and analyze the Requirement from the Product Team, designing the Test Scenarios, Execute and making the product stable by uncovering the issues.
• Bridging with developers and products to understand the gaps in requirement or use cases.
• Develop and execute automation test scripts for web/API applications
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Use automation tools (e.g., Selenium) to improve test coverage
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality releases
• Identify, log, and track bugs with proper documentation
• Use AI/GenAI tools to:
• Generate test cases
• Improve test coverage
• Assist in bug analysis and reporting
• Validate application performance, usability, and reliability.
• Exposure to Database Testing
• Working with developers to ensure the issues raised are fixed and taken to closure.
• Highlight and discuss the blocker issues with the Manager on a timely basis.
• Work on all stages of testing, test data creation and contribute individually.

Best fit profile –

1. BCA / MCA / BE in IT/Computer Science (2025-2026 passout)

2. Knowledge on Mobile hybrid testing – iOS/Android.

3. Basic programming knowledge in Java / Python.

4. Understanding of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC, test types)

5. Knowledge on RESTful Web services APIs, web application testing.

6. Knowledge on Databases – RDMS/NO SQL.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, influence and persuade, without direct control.
