To oversee the operation and maintenance activities of the HT electrical distribution system in both Airside and Landside areas.

Effectively handling Day to Day Shift activities as per the prescribed shift roaster.

Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to oversee and maintain high value electrical assets. should be able to handle a team of atleast 10 Nos to manage day to day maintenance and breakdown activities.

Candidate should have good level of exposure towards the Building management, or of the relevant experience.

Key Performance Indicators

To maintain uptime of Critical Systems HT System like 33/11KV substations, Transformer ranging from 315KVA to 50MVA, 11KV RMU system and Switchgear systems,

Percentage Availability

To monitor electricity consumption and ensure that it should be within budget. Further responsible for identifying new initiatives for optimization of power in the system operation.

Approved Budget

To Prepare AOP covering all line items for un-interrupted airport operations and monitor the AOP expenses and adhere to budgeted AOP.

To ensure adherence to AOP budget in terms of power consumption of airport and other ancillary buildings.

Approved Budget

Adherence to PM Schedules and monitoring of repeated failures.

PPM compliance report

To complete approved Process Improvement Projects and implementation of Kaizen

Ensure the maintenance with zero incidents.

Interact with Procurement and contracts department for purchasing consumables, measuring equipment’s, PPM and other AMC contracts. Other contract negotiation issues.

Interact with individual/internal team members for smooth coordination of project.

Interact with Finance and Accounts department for Billing, raising debit notes, providing payment certifications etc.

Interact with AOCC and other dept for shutdown related permits.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with AMCs for their service quality and reporting mechanism

Interact with OEM and other material suppliers for maintenance and purchase issues

Interaction with statutory authorities like CEA, CEIG, PESO, TSTRANSCO, TSSPDCL for compliance

Interact with client and tenants on regular basis to understand their requirement.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Must have involved in the Building services Electrical works of CAPEX of Rs.01.00 Cr to 10.00 Cr

Education Qualifications

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Other Dimensions

Handling team of Supervisors, Electricians, technicians, etc.

Handling of Multiple AMC and CMC Vendors and stakeholders

Maintenance Experience of electrical systems of a large facility/Industry and Airport

Relevant Experience

• 5 – 8 years of total experience in Electrical systems like HT, LT and LV Systems in mega projects ( Malls, Hospitals, Hotels and Public Facilities is preferable)
• Familiar with Electrical regulations and standards
