At Atrova Digital, we are building a multi-vertical digital ecosystem across AI, Agritech, Astrology, and Devotional content.

We are now looking for a Marketing Operator with strong business understanding to take ownership of our Astrology + Devotional vertical (Astro Jumble + Om Bhajan Bhakti Sagar).

This is not a conventional marketing role.

We are not looking for someone to execute tasks —

We are looking for someone who can connect marketing efforts to business outcomes and drive growth independently.

What You Will Own

1. Growth & Revenue Thinking

• Understand and build the funnel: Content → Audience → Trust → Consultation → Revenue
• Identify and execute growth levers across platforms
• Drive measurable outcomes (not just activity)

2. Content & Distribution Strategy

• Plan and execute growth across:
• YouTube (devotional content)
• Instagram (reels/short-form)
• LinkedIn (selectively, if needed)
• Ensure content is aligned with audience psychology and conversion intent

3. Monetization & Business Outcomes

• Work towards increasing:
• Consultation bookings
• Paid engagements
• Platform monetization opportunities
• Collaborate on pricing, offers, and conversion strategies

4. Systems & Execution

• Build repeatable systems for:
• Content production
• Distribution
• Lead capture and follow-up
• Work independently without requiring daily supervision

5. Ecosystem Building

• Identify opportunities for:
• Collaborations (creators, astrologers, influencers)
• Partnerships
• Support in building a scalable spiritual + astrology ecosystem

Key Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

• You think in outcomes, not tasks
• You can work with minimal supervision
• You take ownership of a vertical like it’s your own
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
• You understand that marketing = business function, not just content

Who Should Apply

• 3–6 years of experience in: Growth / Marketing / Content Strategy / Digital Business
• Experience in: YouTube / Instagram growth OR Building/handling a content-led business
• Strong understanding of: Audience behavior, Content-performance linkage, Basic business metrics (conversion, CAC, revenue thinking)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience in: Astrology / Spiritual / Devotional content

Experience managing: Creators or content teams

Exposure to: Funnels, lead generation, monetization models

Who This Role is NOT For

• Candidates with only 1–2 years of experience still requiring structured direction
• Pure executors (social media posting/campaign running without a strategy)
• Candidates looking for defined tasks and close supervision
• Those uncomfortable with ownership and accountability

Compensation

• Fixed: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives linked to revenue/growth
• Opportunity to scale into a business leadership role
