Investigator Support Assistant Full Time NEW

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts (including night shifts 9 PM – 6 AM)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety remains the top priority in daily operations
• Promptly escalate any patient safety issues requiring resolution
• Manage, organize, and ensure timely communication with investigator sites or their representatives
• Provide administrative support to Global Investigator Services (GIS) and coordinators
• Prepare and deliver airway bills and shipping documentation
• Follow up on delivery errors and coordinate with appropriate departments until resolution
• Communicate specimen pending arrival reports and request shipments
• Assist with Investigator Portal or Sponsor Portal access and related queries
• Compile and communicate updates on new policies or procedures
• Support query resolution activities
• Update databases with accurate site information for follow-ups
• Escalate information to assigned global coordinators as needed
• Resolve simple to moderate system-generated hold issues
• Investigate and respond to project-related queries via communication channels
• Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and company standards
• Document service failures and collaborate with teams for resolution
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
• Maintain and update training documentation
• Review SOPs and related documents in a timely manner
• Track and report workflow data within agreed timelines
• Maintain continuous learning objectives
• Complete onboarding and mandatory corporate/departmental training
• Attend required meetings
• Participate in ongoing process and system training
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
