Summary
Our client, an IT services and IT consulting firm, is looking to engage a Network and Infrastructure Management Expert to drive enterprise-level infrastructure operations, ensure SLA compliance, and support transformation initiatives across network and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for Network & Infrastructure services (Compute, Network, Storage, Cloud)
- Provide L3/L4 support for critical incidents, escalations, and problem management
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure
- Lead incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation
- Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives (cloud migration, automation, modernization)
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Nagios
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and support knowledge management initiatives

Skills Required
- Strong expertise in networking, servers, storage, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments
- Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools (preferred: SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nagios)
- Experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management, and incident/problem/change management
