Role Description
As the HR & Admin Manager (Operations & Facilities), you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative, human resources, and facility operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Key responsibilities include managing and improving HR processes, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, developing strategies for employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, optimizing office operations, and handling the maintenance and functionality of facilities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
