Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in data architecture, reporting, and stakeholder management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement enterprise-level BI architecture and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Lead data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain advanced data models and optimize data pipelines for performance.
• Integrate multiple data sources across platforms and systems.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS and BI tools like Tableau and QlikView.
• Take full project ownership, including requirement gathering, client interaction, and solution delivery.
• Provide team leadership by mentoring BI developers and enforcing best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define BI strategy, governance, and roadmap.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Strong expertise in Power BI Architecture and Development
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling
• Experience in Data Migration Projects
• Strong understanding of BI Governance and Performance Optimization
• Experience in Client Interaction and Stakeholder Management
• Proven ability in Team Leadership and Mentoring
• Hands-on experience with Data Integration and ETL Processes

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in BI, with at least 4+ years in Power BI architecture or lead role
• Proven experience in data migration, client engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, governance, and scalability principles

NICE TO HAVE

• Understanding of SAP BO Reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
