Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations at our facility in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, analyzing productivity metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading efforts to improve operational efficiency and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in production planning, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control processes
• Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and motivate staff
• Proficiency in using manufacturing and supply chain management software tools
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations for manufacturing environments
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
