Executive, Administration Full Time

• To develop and implement systems to control Man Movement, Material Movements, Visitors Movement and vehicle Movements.
• To Prepare, Implement, followed and maintained the Admin SOP and Compliance.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained within the factory premises as per laid down SOP, covering open areas, office blocks, cabins, corridors, canteen, locker room, parking, general toilets, main entrance, terraces staircases etc.
• Responsible for training of housekeeping staff to perform the job as per SOP.
• Ensure adequate stock of cleaning material is available all the time.
• Ensure pest control treatment is provided as per the laid down SOP and maintain record thereof.
• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance & coordination of civil repair work inside Company premises with maintenance department.
• Ensure plumbing & sanitation work is carried out and toilets and washrooms are well maintained.
• Ensure cleaning of uniform and aprons are carried out as per laid down SOP.
• Ensure uniform, aprons, etc are provided to employees as per policy.
• Ensure employees are provided with lockers as per policy and lockers are well maintained.
• Responsible for protecting company’s property from theft, misuse with the help of security personnel deployed.
• Ensure clean & physically fit housekeeping workers are allowed inside the company.
• Grooming of security / HK deployment.
• Briefing of security guards & HK on daily basis.
• Cleanliness of company outside area.
• Maintain inventory of all material movement inside / outside the company.
• Keeping a track of all returnable gate pass.
• Keep a track of keys inventory / visitor card / visitor slip.
• Maintain the record of Bus arrival / departure time.
• Company vehicles inward & outward tracking and log book check.
• Preparing of MIS-reports.
• Admin related data entry & bills processing.

Activities other than the defined in the Job Description are to be done, as per the requirement of HOD, by following HOD’S instructions and guidance.

Qualifications

Qualification – MBA / B.COM / M.COM
