Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with financial regulations, performing audits, and providing insights for financial decision-making. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities and streamlining accounting processes to support the organization’s logistics operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience in Audit and Compliance Management
- Strong skills in General Ledger Maintenance and Account Reconciliation
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Cost Optimization
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP systems
- Excellent understanding of Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Statutory Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking, ethical judgment, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certification is an advantage)
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
