Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Bengaluru is for an Accounts Professional. The incumbent will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining accounts, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, handling payroll, processing invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to streamline financial processes and preparing detailed financial reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including maintaining financial records and preparing statements
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and accounting platforms
• Knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and auditing practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector or in roles related to financial management and reporting is advantageous
