Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Secretary role based in Bengaluru. The Business Secretary will be responsible for performing clerical duties, supporting executive management, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and handling documents and records. Additional responsibilities include assisting with company secretarial work and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management and scheduling
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work and regulatory compliance
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the elevator industry will be an added advantage
