- Drive and Manage for Plant Performance with defined Objectives for Customer satisfaction.
- Identify and manage the list of areas across the plant, affecting the plant performance, to achieve the performance targets.
- Review of quality performance of Plant (at customer end as well as in house)
- Plan for Team Development by reviewing the Competency Gap
- Review NPD for SOP preparedness for Customer Line.
- Plan Strategy for Business Development to increase the top Line.

- Operation Cost % with respect to Sales
- Zero Defects at Customer end / Vendor Ranking
- Stock Status (Physical vs SAP) – should be within target
