The Role: Guardian of Cost & Compliance

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to safeguard our financial health and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be the primary line of defense against revenue leakage. Your core objective is to audit day-to-day operations, identify cost inefficiencies, and ensure strict compliance with company policies across procurement, production, logistics, and sales.

Key Audit Responsibilities

• Procurement & Material Audit: Scrutinize purchase expenses to identify overpricing, unnecessary, or repetitive buying.
• Reconcile Raw Material (RM) and consumables usage strictly against actual production output.
• Operations & Maintenance: Audit labor contractor bills by cross-checking attendance, output, and overtime claims.
• Review repair and maintenance logs to flag high frequencies, repeat breakdowns, and verify vendor rates.
• Logistics & Freight: Analyze freight invoices, checking route efficiency, transporter rates, and any unjustified extra charges.
• Travel, Sales & ROI: Evaluate travel and sales expenses to ensure valid business purposes, tracking customer visits directly against actual sales conversions.
• Admin & Reimbursements: Verify staff reimbursements for validity and policy compliance.
• Audit branch admin expenses, including rent, electricity, pantry, and local miscellaneous costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Internal Audit, Cost Control, or a similar financial role. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Education: CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent degree.
• Core Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset, investigative approach, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/Tally) and advanced MS Excel for data crunching.
