You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy. In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Global Network Operations and Monitoring services, ensuring network proactive monitoring, stability across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
You will oversee monitoring platforms, incident management processes, and vendor performance to ensure that the organization achieves best-in-class uptime and service reliability.
The role requires a strong balance of technical depth and operational leadership, with a focus on proactive detection, rapid response, and continuous improvement.
