Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in the Pune division. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth coordination across all departments. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and contributing to organizational development through innovative HR strategies. The selected candidate will serve as a key partner to leadership while actively engaging with employees to drive a productive and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, including workforce planning and performance management strategies.
• Strong expertise in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing.
• Solid experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• In-depth understanding and ability to implement HR Policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Overall Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including a strategic approach to talent management and organizational development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with employees and leadership teams.
• Experience in an educational or academic environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit formalities)
• Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave, and HRMS
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Support payroll inputs and coordination
